Lauren Simmons began her career with Boardwalk Realty and Ocean Club Realty in January 2021 as the Rental Coordinator. Since then, her role has continued to grow, allowing her to gain extensive hands-on experience in rental operations, property management, agent support, and real estate marketing.

Now serving as the Agent Support and Marketing Coordinator for both brokerages, Lauren plays an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while helping agents grow their businesses. From coordinating rental transactions and assisting property owners and tenants to developing marketing materials, managing social media, maintaining company websites, and promoting property listings, Lauren works behind the scenes to ensure agents and clients receive the attention and support they deserve.

With strong ties to the South Jersey community, Lauren brings a personal approach to her work and takes pride in building lasting relationships with agents, property owners, tenants, and local businesses. Her organizational skills, creativity, and knowledge of the Atlantic City real estate market make her a valuable resource to both offices.
